This is the last outfit I wore to my office before I officially started working from home. It’s also the last outfit I shot for the blog; normally I would have a couple of other outfits shot and ready to go for future posts. It’s kind of eerie in a way…I didn’t know what was coming when I shot this outfit. And I still don’t know what’s coming tomorrow, or next week, or next month. I can only hope that the measures put in place by our local governments will help to decrease the spread of COVID-19. Idaho is finally under a statewide stay at home order now that community spread has been confirmed.

Shades of grey and black feel fitting for this strange time we’re in, don’t you think? I haven’t been putting any thought into what I’ve been wearing the past week. I’ve only been wearing my sweatshirts, sweaters, or cardigans paired with either sweatpants or leggings. I actually haven’t hard a hard time focusing on work because of my outfits…instead it’s because of everything else happening right now.

To be honest, I probably wouldn’t have shared this outfit if it wasn’t the only one I had left. I’m not a huge fan of how the photos turned out and how messily my tee is front-tucked into my jeans. You might be surprised how many outfits we’ve shot that I never shared for one reason or another. We could have still gone out and shot outfits up until now; we are never around other people when we shoot. But, like I said, I haven’t been wearing anything remotely put together, and now we are sheltered in place so it’s better to just stay home and only go out if we need to. I’m still brainstorming what to blog about but will (try to) give myself grace if I don’t get three posts up every week. I need to figure out my new “normal” and my new work from home style!
