Long Weekend Fleece Sweatsuit + Random Fun Facts

I wasn’t in the mood to put together an outfit post for today, so here’s a super random post to kick off the long weekend featuring my new fleece sweatsuit, some random fun facts about me, and a few random questions I have for you! Everything is very random, apparently. Haha.

EVERLANE RENEW FLEECE SWEATSUIT

You already knew that I am a big fan of Everlane’s ReNew fleece raglan sweatshirt; I purchased mine back in October and have featured it in two outfits posts so far (with boyfriend jeans and with demi-boot jeans). I deemed it one of my best purchases of 2019 because I wear it so much!

Everlane recently released a ReNew fleece sweatpant that perfectly matches the sweatshirt, so of course I had to get in on that. It made all my sweatsuit dreams come true (and I didn’t even know I had them—ha). Catch me living in this every weekend! After reading reviews, I ordered size XS and they fit comfortably loose. For reference, I have the sweatshirt in a small.

P.S. I gave Korri a Gravity weighted blanket for Christmas to help him sleep (see photo above). It’s amazing, and I wish I had bought one for myself!

5 RANDOM FUN FACTS ABOUT ME

1. I am 30 and have never figured out how to clasp my bra from behind.

2. I can only snap the fingers on my left hand (I write with my right hand).

3. I can’t touch my toes or do the splits.

4. I’m a calendar nerd. If you ask me what day of the week a specific date will fall (or did fall) on, I can figure it out in my head and not need to look it up (most of the time ;)).

5. I love berries, but the only jelly I like on PB&J sandwiches is grape!

5 RANDOM QUESTIONS FOR YOU (+ MY ANSWERS)

I have a note on my phone where I’ll jot down random questions that pop into my head. Here’s what I have so far…more to come in the future, I’m sure! ;)

1. Do you brush your teeth with cool/cold or warm/hot water?

   I brush mine with cool or cold water, Korri brushes his with warm/hot water. My teeth don’t feel as clean if I brush with warm water!

2. Do you eat from the front (part closest to you) or back (part furthest away from you) of the plate?

   I noticed that I start eating my meals from the back of the plate.

3. When you type on a regular keyboard, what thumb do you hit the spacebar with?

   I hit the spacebar with my left thumb! I can’t recall if we were taught to use our left thumb in school?

4. How many times a day do you change clothes (on average)?

   For me, it’s usually three times: when I wake up (for work; my main outfit for the day), back into comfy clothes (my new sweatsuit!) when I get home, and into PJs for bed. If I have something planned in the evening, sometimes I change for that but usually I try to wear only one outfit for the whole day. And if I work out, that’s another change of clothes.

5. Do you take off your tees by pulling up from the hem or pulling up from the collar?

   I pull tees up from the hem, and I noticed Korri pulls his up from the collar. If the tee is long-sleeved, sometimes I start with the sleeves first.
