Happy Friday-after-a-short-work-week! *praise hands* I unintentionally put together an outfit that looks very reminiscent of one that I wore almost three years ago…which is still one of my favorites. This is like the work version of that outfit! What can I say? You can’t go wrong with navy (especially navy stripes) and gold. ;)

This look started with the new additions: the navy cotton-linen pants and gold sandals. These pants arrived with a single cuff, and this is how long they are on me with that one cuff. I think I might try cuffing them again next time to show some more skin. These pants are so easy to wear. They feel like pajamas except not quite as soft. I’m hopeful that they’ll soften up with wearing and washing.

It’s been a hot minute since I last wore and featured this tee. I love the bows, but I forgot how snug it is, especially in the bust. I still can’t bring myself to part with it, but I think I’ll keep an eye out for the tee in the next size up on secondhand sites to replace it. It’s the perfect “classic with a twist” type of top that makes for easy outfit combinations, especially in the warmer months!
