Madewell Insiders Event: My 2023 Spring Sale Picks
If you’ve been reading CCCH for any length of time, you likely know how much I adore Madewell. The vast majority of the pieces in my wardrobe are from Madewell! I reached Icon status last year, which basically means I spent way too much money shopping at Madewell, LOL. One of the best perks of being an Insider (or Star or Icon—additional tiers of their Insider rewards program) are the two big Insider sales that happen in the spring and fall.

Big sitewide sales like these can feel overwhelming, so below I curated a small selection of new spring arrivals that are on my wish list! Some of the items I purchased already and others I’m seriously considering. I also shared more information about Madewell’s Insiders program; there really is no good reason not to join it!
Madewell Insiders Event
To take advantage of the discount during the Madewell Insiders Event, you must be a member of their Insider loyalty program. It’s free to join, and you get free standard shipping on all orders! If you spend $500+ in a calendar year, you’re bumped up to Star (and get free expedited shipping on every order), and if you spend $1000+ in a calendar year, you become an Icon. All tier levels receive free returns, free personalization, free jeans hemming, a birthday gift ($20 off coupon), double points on jeans, and more! You also earn a $10 reward for every 250 points earned ($1 spent = 1 point, except jeans which earn 2 points per dollar spent).
As I mentioned above, the Madewell Insiders Event happens twice per year in the spring (generally March) and fall (generally September). Right now, Insiders at all tiers get 25% off sitewide, including sale styles. In the fall, the discount is usually 20-25% off for Insiders and higher for Stars and Icons.

Madewell updated their Demi-boot jean cut and are now calling it the kick out crop jean. They feature a midrise and a bit more of a flare at the hem. I love that these are a high stretch denim; I definitely prefer that to rigid denim. Shop all kick out crop jeans.

I’ll be honest: I wasn’t excited about the puff crossbody bags when Madewell first released them. But then I saw the woven leather version and I was sold!
