Your 2022 BFCM Sale Guide!
It seems as though the vast majority of the Black Friday sales have started early this year. At this point, are they even BF sales if they aren't or don't start on Friday? Ha. I tend to get REALLY overwhelmed with all of the sales at this time of year. (Highly recommend reading my tips for tackling holiday sale season if you're feeling similarly!) That said, some of the discounts are excellent and worth taking advantage of if you've been planning a purchase, and I wanted to share some of my favorites (and also write them down in a more permanent place than my email newsletter so that I can keep track of the deals year over year).
I rounded up the BFCM sales I'm shopping (and what I'm buying) plus a few other noteworthy sales that are worth mentioning just in case you had your eyes on something! I hope this guide is more helpful than just staring blankly at (or frantically clicking through) the hundreds of emails coming through every day. I'll keep this post updated through Cyber Monday as sales end/new sales are added. And I'll add mini reviews about my purchases if they show up in time, so be sure to check back!

2022 Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale Guide
BFCM Sales I’m Shopping
Knickey — 25% off sitewide for a limited time starting 11/25 (previous: 20% off undies for a limited time) — I’ve been wanting to try Knickey underwear for months (and already have a bag of old undies waiting to be donated!) and finally took advantage of the sale to order their starter set! You get one of each style to see which ones you like the most. And the best part is that you can exchange sizes or styles if needed!
Madewell — 50% off sitewide through 11/27 (previous: 40% off sitewide through 11/24 (Thanksgiving)) — I ordered three things so far: perfect vintage instacozy jeans (28” inseam might be too long on me), brown flannel shirt (been eyeing this one since September), and shearling mules (elevated WFH or cozy office shoes; reviews say they run a half size small). The sale includes denim and leather bags but not leather jackets.
MATE the Label — 30% off sitewide for a limited time — MATE the Label is spendy, and I love indulging in a few new pieces when they have a sale! I love everything I’ve purchased from the brand so far, including their tencel sleepwear (read my MATE the Label sleepwear review!) and thermals. I’m ordering more of both! I honestly don’t think you can go wrong with any of their garments. They’re beautifully constructed with such high quality fabrics.
Sheertex — all tights $35 or less for a limited time — I’ve heard nothing but wonderful things about these tights, so I ordered a couple of pairs of try: the shaping sheer tights and shaping semi-opaque tights, both in size medium. I still can’t believe I spent $70 on tights LOL.
Other Noteworthy BFCM Sales
ABLE — 30-40% off sitewide through 11/28 — I love the apparel I’ve purchased from ABLE! My Mae drapey tee is included (I own it in mahogany, which is still available in a few sizes, as well as in black and white, which is really more off-white/cream). I’m seriously considering the popular Merly denim jacket, which has rave reviews! I haven’t owned a denim jacket in FOREVER because I haven’t found one that fits comfortably over my broad shoulders, and that is like…more stretchy, less structured.
Brightland — up to 30% off + free shipping through 11/28 — I LOVE BRIGHTLAND! Their flavored olive oils are fabulous. And they rarely (if ever?) offer sales like this, so it’s a great time to pick up your own The Artist Capsule (I love all four flavors). The set of Artist Capsule minis would make a great gift!
Briogeo — 30% off sitewide through 11/30 — Black-owned business Briogeo offers some of my very favorite hair care products, specifically from the Don’t Despair, Repair! collection. My top recommendation is the deep conditioning mask, and I also love the travel size shampoo and conditioner to bring along on trips!
Everlane — up to 50% off select styles through 11/29 — Everlane sales used to be rare but have become much more common as of late. There are lots of great items that are 40-50% off now, including the track jogger (own in blue and love), curvy way-high skinny jean, and curvy 90s cheeky jean. Note that items at 50% off or more are final sale. I own the cashmere scarf in black, and it’s now 30% off.
Farmacy Beauty — 30% off sitewide through 11/27 — Now is the time to stock up on Farmacy skincare products! I love so many of their products (read my Farmacy Beauty reviews!), but the products I’d recommend the most are the Green Clean cleansing balm, Daily Greens oil-free moisturizer, Whipped Greens cleanser, Honey Halo ceramide moisturizer, and coconut gel sheet masks.
J.Crew — 50% off + extra 10% off through 11/26 (previous: 50% off sitewide through 11/24 (Thanksgiving)) — I pretty much only shop at J.Crew when things are 40-50% off (or more—especially because I don’t have a local store anymore and returns are not free, boo). They’re offering an updated version of my favorite pom-pom beanie for fall/winter (I own four), and now is a great time to grab a sweater blazer (or two)!
Nisolo — 30% off + free shipping over $50 for a limited time — This is one of the best sitewide promotions I’ve seen from Nisolo and a great time to pick up a new pair of beautifully-constructed shoes! My open toe clogs (run TTS) and flatform sandals (recommend a half size up) are included. I’m seriously considering a pair of huarache sandals for myself—their signature shoe!
One/Third — 33% off sitewide through 11/28 — Co-founded by blogger Anna of See Anna Jane, One/Third makes beautiful third pieces to finish your outfits (blazers, jackets, coats, etc.). I love my navy rain jacket (Jacket 09), which is currently available only in sizes M and L.
