The Little House

In addition to their beautiful, picturesque house, my grandparents own the cutest little house (lovingly referred to as "The Little House") with a lush, full garden of flowers and vegetables that my grandma tends to. I just had to get outfit photos in front of it! It's not finished inside, but it does have a working toilet so that's something. ;) I bet it'd be the most adorable thing if it were completely finished, but it does need a lot of TLC inside! The previous owner punched many holes through the walls which have since been covered with various cupboard doors.

This is what I wore to the big 50th Anniversary Bash: my seersucker dress with my floral blouse layered over it. It was hot outside but quite chilly inside the venue with all the fans, so I was glad for the extra layer! My cousin, Kathryn, braided my hair for me for something a little bit different and fun. This was a great outfit for a day and night in the South Dakota summer!
