Black and white

Four days down. 26 to go. Phew! This week has been exhausting. I've been frantically writing a journal article that was supposed to be submitted like, a month ago. The semester is over in mere weeks and I still haven't started my term project for the one class I'm taking. Talk about STRESS! I'm so ready to cuddle with my cats and get my fix of TLC's Bride Day Friday.

I've been more drawn to black and white as of late, so I couldn't leave my one black and white dress out of the remix! I wanted this outfit to be super simple, but I wore my necklace to add a little bit of interest.

I was most excited for this outfit, but when a chance of rain appeared in the forecast, I was worried about my boots getting wet because I haven't waterproofed them! (I probably don't need to baby them, but I still do.) I feel like Taylor Swift would wear something similar to this (have you guys seen her NYC looks lately?!). Cognac and black look so nice together! I also like the addition of the deeper colored cardigan with the black and cognac. I had planned out these first four outfits of the remix (because I couldn't not plan--planning is in my blood!), but I really have no idea where my outfits are going to go this weekend. At least I'll have the time in the morning to mull over them!
