When I bought this flannel shirt last December, I wasn't expecting to wear it as much as I do, since it's not a quintessential flannel shirt, but I'm sure happy that I wear it as much as I do! This is the fourth time blogging it, but I've used it in nine different outfits and worn it 11 times. I especially love that its blush pink color and lack of "festive plaid" make it perfect to wear in the spring, too!

I didn't realize it until now, but this outfit is basically the spring version of my "spring tease" outfit from January! I'm even wearing the same shoes, haha. This is another one of those impromptu, oh-my-gosh-I-need-to-get-dressed-and-go-to-work-NOW type of outfits that somehow magically came together into an outfit I ended up shooting later. Gotta love when that works out. ;) I'm still in outfit limbo over here; I have a bunch of outfits planned for when it warms up and nothing for the drizzly, cool days that are happening. What I need to do is take a few hours some weekend afternoon or evening and plan out some outfits so I'm not screaming "I have nothing to wear!" in the morning. (Confession: I actually said that out loud this morning. It's bad over here. I blame it on the 60-degrees-and-rain we're getting.)

Do you have any fun plans for the weekend? We're headed somewhere exciting (you may beg to differ, haha), but I'm actually a little terrified about traveling because the storm headed for us right now could end up being insane. It's what we like to call a Pineapple Express, and there is a remarkable amount of water in the atmosphere associated with it, which could result in a remarkable amount of rain. It's also an incredibly warm storm, so that means it could rain at the top of the mountains...and rapidly melt the snow. This is not a common occurrence here in early spring! It will be interesting to see what happens...
