Fall is here, and with that comes another outfit collaboration with Earth Brands! This year marks the third year I've worked with the brand and the second fall I've had the opportunity to pick and style (and wear constantly) a couple of pairs from their latest fall/winter collection. I've loved every pair of shoes I've received from them and these are no exception. Also, they're still doing their #WhereOnEarthRU campaign, so I used it as an excuse to get out and show you some fun locations around Boise that you should check out if you ever decide to visit. ;)

First up is a stop at the Freak Alley art gallery in downtown Boise. Located in—you guessed it—an alley in the middle of the block comprising 8th Street, 9th Street, Idaho Street, and Bannock in the heart of downtown is an always-changing mural of wall art. If you find yourself downtown, it's fun to take a stroll through the alley and ponder the various quotes and images that line the walls. It's also a popular place for photos; my brother had some of his senior photos taken here, and there were groups of kids all dressed up for their homecoming dances down when we were there! I'm sure it also gets quite rowdy with the bar crowd at night...

I actually wore this outfit to work but felt like it was "edgy" enough to be photographed in Freak Alley. ;) Here, I'm featuring the Earthies 'Apollo' boots in black velvet. I had originally asked for these in the burgundy velvet, but they were sadly sold out! I picked a different pair of shoes instead and to my surprise, these boots showed up in the mail along with the other pair. I needed another pair of black boots like I need a hole in my head, but I figure these will be a great option during the holiday season. Velvet and the holidays go together like stockings and chimneys, amirite?

The (faux) leather jacket adds the "cool" vibe to the outfit, and of course, I couldn't help but pull out a favorite flannel shirt. The best part of cooler weather means wearing ALL of the cozy layers!
