It rained all day...until I went out to shoot outfit photos. Typical, right? Luckily, this outfit works for rain or shine. Even though I am wearing my Bean boots, they're not as in-your-face as my yellow Hunter boots, so they work even if it's not messy outside. I tend to wear them whenever there is a threat of rain in the forecast. My boyfriend was in town when I wore this a couple of weekends ago, and we ended up heading out to the Great Salt Lake State Park and the somewhat rough terrain made these boots a wise decision. It was his first time seeing (and smelling) the lake up close, so that was a fun experience. ;) The sunset that night was beautiful from all angles!

I love pairing my Bean boots with navy, not surprising considering I have the navy and tan boots. I've been basically wearing them with anything navy in my closet, haha. I'm sure I'll get to blogging all the outfits at some point. ;) I love this navy-ivory-light blue combination going on here. I repeated the ivory with the sock choice, and the navy also made an appearance twice. The light blue denim brings it all together and keeps it light for spring. I've repeated nearly all of my Bean boot outfits so far and I'm sure this one will be repeated at some point, too (especially if the April showers keep coming!).
