The scarf hair tuck

Checked camel scarf, striped camel sweater, black J.Crew Pixie pants, black combat boots — Cotton Cashmere Cat Hair

Have you guys seen this trend around the internet lately? The whole tuck-your-hair-into-your-garments trend? (The turtleneck hair tuck seems to be popular. Sadly, turtlenecks do not look good on me; I turn into the neckless wonder.) I couldn't resist giving the hair tuck a try with my wonderful, huge new blanket scarf from H&M (a gift from Chris). As it turns out, it's hard to keep my hair tuck looking good; perhaps my hair is a bit too short? Either way, in case I ever want to channel my inner Betty Cantrell (Miss America 2016), I now know how I would look with hair that short!

I was excited to pair this scarf with my camel striped sweater for a little monochrome plus pattern mixing action. While I wish the camels were closer in color, I still like how this look turned out. I only wish I had worn my pair of The North Face gloves; I was freezing while taking these photos! You can really tell with how red my hands are and how I clenched them! I didn't want to wear the gloves for three outfit in a row, but apparently, that's what New Hampshire weather wanted me to do. ;)

P.S. Welcome to all of my new followers! I'm so glad you decided to join me. Please don't be shy and say hi in the comments every once in a while! :)
