Cool colors, cool temperatures
My favorite fall weather consists of brisk morning air followed by temperatures in the low-mid 70s Fahrenheit, and of course, LOTS of sunshine. Maybe some cumulus clouds. But mostly sunshine.
That's exactly what we've been having lately, and it is perfect. These are the days I dream of at the end of October/beginning of November when the skies threaten to snow. I'm trying to soak it up as much as possible! For a day of running errands and lunching with an old friend in the perfect fall weather, I wore my new green military jacket from Madewell layered over a basic white tee and muted blue striped skirt. It even was warm enough to strip the coat by afternoon! Fingers crossed this weather comes back at some point later this month...
